On March 22, 2020, Ohio was placed under a “Stay At Home” order with the intention of slowing the potential transmission of #COVID-19. Under that order restaurants were deemed an essential service, thereby throwing the industry into a veritable panic as operations had to be reimagined. For some, closure was imminent. For others, carry-out and curb-side pickup is the new norm. This documentary project seeks to serve as an exploration and tribute to choosing Plan A to survive.
